one of Jacksonville’s toughest food critics. Our food has been racking

    Silvia Pulido, owner of Havana Jax and a native of Nicaragua, knew
that there was so much more to the Cuban dining experience than the
stereotypical cafeteria style dining that was available at the time. She
sought out to fill that void for fine Latin dining in Jacksonville. She opened
up a restaurant that is reminiscent of the Cuba that existed in its Golden Era.
