Planning your Event
At Havana food and celebrations go hand in hand. We are pleased you are considering having your next special event with us. Our chefs have hand selected a variety of their Cuban and Latin Favorites from which to choose. Substitutions may be made, however, doing so may affect final pricing. We look forward to creating a memorable event for you and your guests. Buen Apetito!
- Guests Count
A Final confirmation of the number of guests that will be attending is needed by 11am 3 business days prior to your event.
- Gratuity & tax charges
A service charge and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all food and beverage charges.
- Room rental fee & capacities
Room charge and capacities vary by event. Please ask your Havana event coordinator for specifications.
If a cancellation occurs withing 7 days of the event, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are refundable up for cancellations with more than 14 days notice prior to your event.
- Miscellaneous Charges
Guests are required to seek approval before bringing any outside food and beverage.
- Customized Menu Card
Havana is pleased to design a custom menu card for your special event.
- Flowers, Decoration,and Audio/Visual needs
We will be pleased to assist you with any of these needs for your event at Havana. An additional fee will be added to your bill.
